Building Financial Clarity Since 2019
We started because spreadsheets weren't cutting it anymore. Organizations needed better ways to see where their money was going—not just this year, but three or five years down the line.
That's what we built. A platform that helps teams plan budgets across multiple years without losing their minds in the process.
How This Started
Back in 2018, we were working with a regional education network in Chon Buri. They had funding for a three-year expansion but couldn't visualize how costs would shift year by year. Excel kept breaking. Google Sheets got messy. Nothing handled the complexity well.
So we built something custom for them. It worked so well that other organizations started asking about it. By early 2019, we'd refined the tool enough to launch it as a proper service.
Today we work with schools, hospitals, nonprofits, and small government departments across Thailand. The need for multi-year budget visibility turned out to be pretty universal.
We're not a huge company. Just a focused team that understands the specific challenges of planning budgets when you're dealing with fluctuating revenue, grant cycles, and changing priorities.
What Makes Our Approach Different
We don't believe in one-size-fits-all budget templates. Every organization has different constraints and goals.
Realistic Projections
We help you build scenarios based on actual patterns, not wishful thinking. Our tools let you test different assumptions and see how they ripple through future years.
Flexible Structures
Your budget categories probably don't match anyone else's. That's fine. The system adapts to how you actually organize your finances, not the other way around.
Clear Visualization
Numbers in rows get confusing fast. We use timeline views and comparison tools that make it easier to spot issues before they become problems.
Who You'll Work With
We're a small team with complementary backgrounds. Between us, we've handled budget planning for educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and regional development projects.
Natthawut Praetongsuk
Budget Planning Director
Spent eight years managing multi-year budgets for educational nonprofits before starting this company. Has a particular knack for spotting inconsistencies in cost projections that most people miss until it's too late.
Siriporn Wattanakul
Financial Systems Specialist
Built financial tracking systems for regional hospitals from 2016 to 2021. Joined us because she was tired of seeing organizations struggle with tools that weren't designed for their actual workflow.
